Customer Notice of Branch Closing

March 10, 2025

Dear Customer:

The Downtown Branch was impacted by Hurricane Helene and experienced flooding along with other businesses in
downtown Newport. As a result of the sustained flood damage, the office has remained closed since
September 27, 2024. At 4:00 on June 9, 2025, our Downtown Branch located 263 E. Broadway will be officially closed.
All accounts currently maintained at this branch will be transferred to our branch at the Cosby Highway Branch.
Your accounts will be transferred automatically to the branch. We are currently in the process of arranging for
the safe deposit boxes to be moved to the Cosby Highway Branch. No action by you will be necessary.

Any person wishing to comment on this proposed branch closing may submit comments to the Director for Licensing
at 500 North Akard Street, Suite 1600, Dallas, TX 75201 or at LicensingPublicComments@occ.treas.gov.
Comments should be received by the proposed closing date.
